I have a few goals for this week and I hope they all get accomplished. None of them have anything to do with working. :)
1) Go to temple with husband.
2) Run 5 days (get up to 5 miles w/out stopping)(right now I'm at 4 w/out stopping, go me!)
3) Lift weights 3 days (or do a cycling class in lieu of one day)
4) Get over my repulsion with salad lately. Eat more GREENS!
5) Get Christmas present ideas (since I've been SO BAD the last couple years with gifts and I don't want to be like that this year)
6) Get a pedi
7) Love on Gretta as much as possible. (this should be number 1 or 2 on the list.)
Hahaha nice picture that you probably found on mom's computer I am guessing? :) I think your goals are awesome and they are very attainable!! Really try and accomplish them all because accomplishing goals means doing something different and I think everyone needs that in life. I am proud you are up to 4 miles! That is so great! Do not give up just cuz you think you don't have time or you are burnt out from it. If it gets to the plateau point then switch things up like trail run or do sprints to work on speed or do hills to work on speed too or run stairs to really burn your calves. Most of all do it for gretta and do it with gretta. It is important. Love you mo!
