a new outlook

so i might be overly worried about my big butt BUT i'm not as bad as a lot of girls (most of which don't have big butts at all). i just mainly want to be the healthiest I can be. and feel good about myself.

number 1: i know i feel good about myself when i eat healthy food.
number 2: i know i feel good about myself when i exercise that day.
number 3: i know i feel good about myself when i spend a little time getting ready.
number 4: i know i feel good about myself when i pray and read and choose to be happy that day.

with that said, the question is... WHY DON'T I DO THESE THINGS. EVERYDAY!?!?

life gets me busy, i get lazy, i want some brownies, i am HUMAN. i'd rather lay on the floor with gret.

there are many excuses that i use. and i would like to say that each one of them is totally valid!

let's try a new outlook: it's not about loosing weight. it's about treating ourselves good and caring enough to nourish ourselves physically and spiritually.

I really like this gal's blog. she is an australian and really healthy. but not a health freak. which i would like to be. :)
