This past week was great! I exercised everyday except the day we travelled home. California was fun I wish we could have stayed longer! I miss running on the boardwalk already haha. This next week I want to exercise everyday and eat healthy starting Tuesday haha. I think the challenge for this week should be do something out of the ordinary, do something to "cross-train" or to work different muscles than usual. I kind of already did this today by hiking thumb butte with Bart, Lisa, Maddie, and Chris. However, I want to do more than this, so maybe I will swim laps one morning or do sprints or weight train or something. Anywho, happy 4th everyone and I am excited that we are all together for it!
