Hey Everybody! This is mo-mo

Well.... I haven't been on here in a little while and this is unacceptable!

We need a new challenge and quick!

I think we are all wanting to be better at exercising so let's just do that. 

Challenge this week. Get moving for at least 20 minutes... 3 times this week. (Hopefully 4 or 5)

Right now I'm on a kick with this new workout called Bodyrock. I want to keep doing this but also add in more cardio because it is mostly strength training. We need to be doing both! 

Next week I have a great idea for a challenge. So stay tuned for that! Having to to with our eating habits.
