So. here i am starting our "GET HEALTHY" blog.
I have a lot of other things to be doing. Editing pix, making lesson plans, holding gretta and so forth. But one of the biggest things on my mind is how am I going to loose this 30+ lbs?!
I know you all are saying "Don't be too hard on yourself Mollie!" And I really don't like how much I think about it. THERE FORE::::: This Blog is being made.
I need your support and we all need each others support! This blog will help I think- IF we all contribute that is :)
I think if we all try to do small things everyday to be healthier, we will feel better about ourselves and be better mothers, wives, sisters and friends! So LET'S DO IT!
This week's (or rather the rest of this week's) challenge is:
Exercise twice for 20 minutes!
That can't be too hard, right?!!!
We will check in with each other on Sunday to see if we accomplished our challenge!
