Check In Time

Leave a comment below letting us know how you did on the first challenge... What kind of exercise and where, etc.

  1. I ran the first day down to 67th and back. And yesterday I did a strength training workout i found in a magazine and yoga right after. It felt GOOD! Plus I walked around the mall.

    * note: (I think we should count the little things cuz Every little thing we do counts! Walking to get the mail, Grocery shopping, everything!)

    (I think next week we should challenge ourselves to eat more protein... maybe some kind of protein with every meal. I dunno? Hopefully u all have something better.)
